Can you help with existing hosting or DNS?
Yes. Mulliken Development can review existing hosting, clean up DNS and deployment
rough edges, document access, and recommend a simpler setup when the current one is
harder to operate than the business needs.
What does a website project cost?
Cost depends on scope, page count, content readiness, design depth, integrations,
hosting, and handoff needs. The proposal defines the project fee and any third-party
costs before work begins.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on scope, content availability, review cycles, technical dependencies,
and client responsiveness. A project-specific schedule is defined in the proposal.
Will I be able to update the site?
The right editing approach depends on how often content changes and who will maintain
it. Options and responsibilities are discussed during scoping and documented in the
proposal or service agreement.
Who owns the finished work?
Ownership and licensing follow the applicable proposal or service agreement. Client-
provided content and marks remain the client's; rights to custom deliverables and any
retained pre-existing tools or components are defined for the engagement.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Ongoing hosting, maintenance, monitoring, backups, updates, or support are included
only when stated in the proposal or service agreement. The right post-launch setup is
discussed during scoping.
Can you work with businesses outside Texas?
Yes. Mulliken Development is based in Fate, Texas, serves Rockwall County locally,
and can work remotely with small businesses across the United States.
